The residences

Four homes, compared

820, 822, 824 and 826 NE 26th Avenue. Three levels each, a private elevator, a private pool and parking for four.

The street front of Gaudí Villas: four townhomes, 826 at the north end on the left, 820 at the south end on the right. Architectural rendering.
Architectural rendering. The homes are under construction.

The four homes share one sculpted facade and little else: each has its own folio, its own roof and its own pool. 820 at the south corner is the four bedroom, with its living floor at the garden. The other three are five bedroom homes with the living floor raised to level two.
