Gaudí Villas is under construction at 820 to 826 NE 26th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale. This page is updated as it goes.

Permits approved
The City of Fort Lauderdale approved the permit drawings for all four homes after four rounds of review.
23 September 2026
The exoskeleton is complete
The sculpted facade is finished and painted, arch for arch as the renderings draw it, and it wraps both corners. The envelope, balconies, forecourt, landscape and pools are still to come.
