Where is Gaudí Villas?
At 820 to 826 NE 26th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304. The Intracoastal Waterway is 490 feet east of the door, the Galleria is 700 feet away and Fort Lauderdale Beach is half a mile, all measured in a straight line.
How many homes are there, and how big are they?
Four townhomes, each on its own folio. 820 has four bedrooms and 2,290 square feet. 822 and 824 have five bedrooms and 2,617 square feet each. 826 has five bedrooms and 2,661 square feet, the largest of the four. Areas are air-conditioned space from the approved permit drawings and exclude the garage, balconies and terraces.
How much do the homes cost?
820 NE 26th Avenue is offered at $2,900,000. Pricing for 822, 824 and 826 is available on request from David Marder of The Marder Group at Compass.
Who is building Gaudí Villas?
Artisan Luxe Builders LLC, licence CGC1534091. The design is inspired by Antoni Gaudí, carried into a sculpted concrete exoskeleton of about fifty tons across the facade.
Do the homes have elevators?
Yes. Every home has a private PVE37 pneumatic vacuum elevator serving all three levels.
How many cars does each home park?
Four: two on a two-tier lift inside the garage and two on the driveway. The garage floor is red high gloss epoxy and it can be seen through a window from the foyer.
Does each home have a pool?
Yes. The approved site plan draws a private pool in the east garden of every home. The homes are under construction, so the pools are not built yet.
Are the homes on the water?
No. They are on NE 26th Avenue, one street back from Intracoastal Drive. The Intracoastal Waterway is 490 feet east of the door.
What are the finishes?
Thermador appliances with a 30 inch induction range, suede textured granite counters, a waterfall workstation sink, digital showers with body jets, smart toilets, black ceramic floors, stretched white high gloss ceilings and custom doors and closets. A 72 by 36 inch whirlpool tub is specified.
Is Gaudí Villas built yet?
It is under construction. The permit drawings were approved by the City of Fort Lauderdale in June 2025. For the current timeline, ask David Marder.
